The staff (Mary and Mike) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us find the perfect bed and updated our sleep number settings to better suit our needs since our last bed. We are really looking forward to the delivery of our new bed!
Henry was very knowledgeable about the way the mattress works and showing me all the different elements of the bed. But most of all he made aware of why I didn’t need a firm mattress when I thought I did.

Henry was a pleasure to work with. He was thorough and very knowledgeable about the different beds and patiently walked us through the sleep number process. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured. This is our first sleep number bed and we are excited to get the bed in a few weeks.
Henry was very helpful from my first call to complete “Everyday Heroes” info, follow up, and in person for my purchase. He answered all my questions and Mike demonstrated the app on his phone to show how it recorded historical info that can be shared with my Dr as needed.
