Leah was very help by explaining and demonstrating how the different beds worked.She customized each side for us. She was very knowledgeable of the beds and accessories. She was not pushy and gave us time be ourselves to talk over any concerns and come to a decision.
My wife and I had a Lea as our sale representative. Lea took the time to show us the features of each mattress. We were impressed with her knowledge of the Sleep Number products. We were amazed how the the mattress shows the hot spots and how the adjustments can relieve pressure points . My wife and I have had two back surgeries each and our first surgeries was fusing L4- L5 were with two different doctors that made mistakes. We waited a year and both had S1 to L5 fused.
