Literally the best customer service I’ve ever received! I came in because I’d been dealing with neck pain from a bad pillow, and Don took the time to help me find the perfect one. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right fit. He really made my day! Ordered sheets online. Ordered the wrong ones but didn’t realize it until I had already washed them. Took them to this store to see if I could return them and get the correct ones.
