Went to see the facility and was very impressed by how clean it was. The staff was very professional. I will use Sleep Monroe Health for my sleep testing and recommend it to others.
Wonderful sleep appointments- But after a week I called during the day to ask what was going on (upcoming holiday, my schedule, etc had me concerned.) I was verbally given a timetable at the last appointment as to how things will proceed- it did not coincide with the paperwork I signed the night before. And I was reminded as such on the phone to the extent that I felt it was necessary to apologize for bothering to contact them.
Facility is very unprofessional!! They do not value their employees! Would not recommend that anyone use this facility
On my third sleep study in this facility. So comfortable here.
