I discovered Sleep Medix by happenstance after being diagnosed and treated by the other approved CPAP testing place in GP. I was doctor referred to Sleep Medix for lung function testing, and immediately noticed the difference in professionalism and knowledge. Rebecca Hughes is amazing to deal with, very thankful for all she did to assist me. She is a shining example of someone who goes above and beyond to help a total stranger. Sleep Medix is very lucky to have her on staff as she is someone who actually cares about the health of those she is assisting and not just there for a pay check. I had a good experience with sleep medix in the Grande Prairie clinic. Kim was amazing...she explained everything & answered my questions! I called her a few days after my visit & she returned my call to address my concern.
They're super helpful. Kim walked me through the whole process. :)
I can’t say enough about the wonderful ladies that work here. Their patience and kindness is outstanding. I have tried a few masks now and each time I have been helped with so much patience and knowledge of the product. I think it is just me that is having the problem, not the equipment at all. I highly recommend coming in to talk to them about your sleep apnea needs. They know their stuff!!!
