The lack of empathy at this office is honestly shocking. I experienced a medical emergency with my dog, who was having seizures, and needed to cancel my appointment. When I called to explain the situation, I was told I would still be charged $250. I spoke to the night technician that then called me back immediately to tell me that she spoke to the manager and informed me i would be charged for the cancellation regardless of the situation of was experiencing with my dog. The Medical attention is Fantastic, The Doctor Terrific 👏. But the Front Desk personnel is so rude, so disrespectful. They need some orientation to learn what customer service means.
