If I could have given this zero stars I would have. My experience started out positive. At the appointment for making a mold, I had several more questions and a recent visit to my regular dentist said I needed orthodontics. I keep my appointment with Dr. Moore so I could get more information. I explained I wanted to wait until after the braces appointment. He would not listen to me and insisted on taking molds. I have had an oral appliance from sleep medicine group for well over a decade now. Dr Moore developed this technology and trained and brought along Dr Zelk well before it was acknowledged by insurance companies or other medical groups. They have been very willing to work with me when we had to change the oral appliance design to accommodate my needs. I learned about them by recommendation from a co-worker and have recommended them myself to many others. I take my oral appliance everywhere and find it so easy to use. I feel s... read more

Money is the motivation of this "medical group". They charge thousands of dollars for cheap dental appliances that are not adjustable then charge hundreds for a quick fix. The front desk and support staff are very rude. Seek out a real dentist - not these quacks. Zelk is a particularly ridiculous excuse for a medial professional. He is not a doctor.
