I have had a CPAP for years and was at a great sleep doctor but they didn’t offer the oral piece so I came here to try it out. Boy was it a big mistake. From the very start, reception was rude. The initial visits are very impersonal. The doctor hardly shows care or attention and does not listen to your concerns or why you want the mouth piece in general. It took my doctors many years to diagnose me with severe sleep apnea and they could never figure out the cause of my migraines, eye pain and jaw pain. A little under two years ago Sleep Medicine Group introduced me to the oral appliance as a snoring remedy, and that was awesome. My wife and I both sleep better now. The staff was always very nice and helpful (until recently).
