Dr Stevenson literally changed my life!
Will never use them again
I've been a patient for approx 4-5 mos. I've had the in- home sleep study, in-office sleep study and was fitted for a CPAP machine about 2 mos ago. I've had nothing but trouble trying to get adjusted to it. I had to call the office to have the machine adjusted even after my initial visit to XMed, and that is the reason for this 3 star review. When I called I spoke to Allie. She said my machine could be adjusted remotely from their ofc. I was transferred to Dr Stevenson. He made some minor adjustments which did improve my sle... read more
Awful phone system and awful service. My.mask was broken and I went in to replace it. The staff told I could not get a new mask even if I paid for it without insurance until I had a new doctor visit. Ok that's fine but I needed the mask that day and the first available time they could see me for an appointment was in 30 days!! They wanted me to wait 30 days to replace a broken mask. So went to amazon and ordered a new mask which arrived the next day for $70. The sleep medice associates want to charge twice that and I had to ... read more
