Treat this place like TOXIC WASTE. I am suffering from sleep apnea. I have insurance with full coverage and after making me wait over 4 months for my appointment, BioSerenity calls 2 days before the appointment to get my insurance info. They told me that it apparently doesn't pay enough and then, get this, they start hustling me an pressuring me to cough up as much money as I can saying "well how much can you pay?" What? I did my sleep test on Dec.11 and my primary doctor did not get a full results of my test .my doctor saying they missing the report ...and I’m not going back there to take another test at night ...
Nice comfortable sleep center. The staff is nice, pleasant & always helpful when you arrive for your sleep test.
This Sleep Center is very nice. The Staff were professional and I was impressed with how fast they were able to schedule my visit and the results got back to me very quickly as well.
