They are the worst company ever. I gave back the machine after two months and a year later still receiving bills for a machine I do not have. As I did further research, my insurance company has been paying them. You can't get anyone on the phone to help you. Sad when a company takes advantage of people.

Great customer service
Hi so as someone who knows please let me just give everyone who is upset on the way the company works a bit more information. If you have Cigna in any state or Blue Cross Blue Shield and reside in one of two states or few other minor insurance companies , for certain services you have to go through this company. The reason for that is if your getting a bill it mean a Durable Medical equipment Company, home health service company or someone else has sent them a claim with all your information saying that you have received ser... read more
