Terrible place. Squeaky beds, unsanitary, broken intercom. Can’t say enough.
I got my first machine from this store and the person helping me was great. She explained how to use it, helped me to decide on the best method for delivery (face or nose mask, nasal pillows) of the pressure, and totally understood about claustrophobia. I like my machine and have had no problems with it. I am called in every year for a checkup of the machine. I am looking to buy a small travel machine now.
Greedy and unethical staff, who tried to convince me to not bother to try to rid myself of sleep apnea (though other medical sources say it's possible for many, and I am now successfully well on my way.) Instead they tried to convince me (30-something, otherwise healthy) that it can't be healed and is mostly genetic, & to just remain their client for the rest for my life- seemed like, just so they can keep making money off me.
