Great experience. My tech, Allie welcomed me and explained the entire process. In bed by 9 pm and out a little after 6 am the next morning. Can't wait to learn my results after being on Inspire for the past 4 1/2 months. Thank you, Allie and Sleep Insights!
Made appointment 10 days in advance and took time off work and they canceled day off.
Recommendedhad my sleep test last night, Friday March 8th in Henrietta my tech Jen was awesome, nice room etc etc. actually had a GOOD night sleep!!!! highly recommend it!
I got stuck in an accident on my way to my appt this morning...I was 10 mins late which I profusely apologized for. It’s very unlike me. I was told (after driving from Macedon to Jefferson Ave) my appt would need to be rescheduled. I was very upset, to which the receptionist said “well, your appointment was at 8:40” I replied “no, I just spoke to the woman yesterday and my appt is at 8:45” She just shrugged her shoulders.
