I am a diamond member with choice. I read reviews an noticed a few bad reviews so I stopped in and asked the desk person if I could see a room before making the reservation. He said no. He said all the rooms were perfect and I need to make a reservation to see the room. He also said they were changing away from choice hotels next week. I think they are running from bad reviews. Either way I do not recommend this hotel. You decide.
The hotel is in the process of renovating, but our room seems to have been completed and was nice and fresh-looking. The bed was great, supportive yet soft!
