People were nice enough, there was an odd smell in the halls along with soft spots in the carpet where your feet would sink in. A couple light fixtures had significant rust in our room as well
Horrible customer service. Front Desk is a joke. The attendants, Jade (manager) and Roxanna, are ridiculous. They do nothing but leave, chat, and answer the phones with attitude. Professional dress and customer service is a zero. How the manager retains her position is beyond me. Horribly managed. The rooms are dirty and outdated. The location is fair.
Hello i would like to thank jade and Roxane for making my week amazing!! They are truly a blessing i came in yesterday i was upset because i got scammed out of a horrible hotel i paid $300 with out looking at the rooms it was not safe for me to stay there so i prayed and left and came to the sleep inn and these angels jade and Roxane blessed me with a counfortable room i felt so safe its my birthday and i wonted to sleep well and be happy they were such a blessing thankyou for blessing i will send my family and friends to co... read more
Service is HORRIBLE. The front desk is split by two people. One person whines, complains, cries, and socializes the entire time while the other (manager), if she is there does nothing. The hotel is dirty. Do not recommend.
If I could leave a review with 0 starts, I would. We called with 2 days notice to cancel our hotel rooms due to a hurricane and were told that the manager would call us to let us know if they could refund us. After waiting hours for a call, I finally called them back myself. The staff was very rude and told me that there would be no refund. In a stressful situation the response of the staff was neither kind nor helpful.
