The staff was amazing! The room was clean!! The breakfast so delicious! Such an amazing experience, first of hopefully many trips to Marshall and I will never stay anywhere else!
The rooms are huge as well as the bathroom. It has all the extras like a microwave and fridge. The selection of channels on tv is good as well.
Very nice hotel. We stayed there cause Hwy 23 was snow covered and visibility was about one block. Very clean, good breakfast and helpful staff. I will stay here again if needed.
It was a really good hotel. I would recommend it to all my friends. The staff was really friendly and the rooms were clean. The rooms were huge.
It was very nice. Loved the place. No problems whatsoever. Only prob was tht the heater/ air con thing was not changing and it wasn't working so we couldn't shut it off. It was freezing in our room the next morning. But other than tht I would recommend it & I would definitely stay there again.
I reserved through my travel club and my card was charged as expected. When I checked out received a receipt saying .OO balance yet when I got my credit card statement I had the original charge from the travel club and a double charge from the hotel even after receiving a receipt with zero balance. Asked for a refund from the hotel and was told couldn't be reversed. Deceiving and bad business practices. My travel club did reverse their charges great customer service from them. Thank you for confirming a room and then when we arrived you didn't have a room. We even called to advise we would be late, no Problem we were told!
