Bed was not comfortable. TV was low resolution. Toilets too low. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. I didn't get a chance to try the pool. But it sounded like families were enjoying it. They watered my car every morning which was terrible. Hard water spots on my windshield that would not be removed by my washer fluid. It also covered my entire hood and up onto the top of my car. Clean and nice hotel, the personnel were professional and the pool, the best. I stayed longer because it was a good experience
Solid value hotel stay and nice breakfast
Our stay was overall a good experience, and the front desk service was outstanding. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The carpet in our room was wet when we arrived, which was uncomfortable, and the restroom door lock definitely needs to be replaced. With those issues addressed, the stay would be even better. Thank you to the front desk staff for the excellent service! Room 305
