The room stinked like urine, I had to request another on the 2nd floor. The management was polite but disconnected from the needs of working airline personnel. I hope not to be assigned this hotel in the future.
We were in a bind, due to flight cancellation, and Sleep Inn were there! Room was comfy, staff were helpful and friendly. It served it's purpose, and my family and I were pleased.
Side door accessible from parking lot without key. Washer/dryer out of service. Ice machine taken apart. Van seats in the hallway. Phone doesn't work. Electrical outlet makes the light flicker. Floor tiles are lose and move easily. Mold in all the caulking in the shower as well as the. Bottom of the shower door. Moldy smell when you walk in the room. Desk blocking door to adjoining room. Room 200. THE worst hotel I've been in.
The front desk workers was awesome. The rooms were clean and the beds are very comfortable..

I was nervous of booking this place with Travelocity because some of the reviews but since we've been here,the staff has been awesome,maids came this morning asked if we wanted a touch up on our room and she did a awesome job and restocked everything for us.The room was fresh,and very cute,the frig was a bonus,the hallways were clean and fresh,the hot tub and heated pool was awesome,the breakfast was ok but other than that everything was kept fresh,they didn't mind sending someone up here this late afternoon with a vacuum be... read more
Woman that works upfront Elizabeth is the worst most rude person I honestly have ever met and a customer service position she sleeps on the couch with your bare feet on the table that we used to eat and scream and disrespects customers
