I’ve called literally 20 times in the last 2 days and can’t even reach the front desk because they don’t care enough to answer the phone. They want to charge you for not showing up to the reservation you PAID for, but you can’t even call them to cancel it because their phones or employees don’t work. Waste of time and waste of money.
Recommendedroom was nice brought our dog she enjoyed sleeping on the bed with her blanket . room was alittle small, no tub is a downfall for me no breakfast , and I think 200 deposit for 1 night is excessive.

This hotel is Deplorable especially the so called (poor poor poor example of) General Manager Lisa Montoya 480-807-7760 In the face of a global crisis she took it upon herself to discriminate and cancel the reservation of a disabled MAN/woman. Furthermore upon booking, I was ridiculed for a past review. Nobody want fecal remains on their bathroom door as depicted.
This is our "Go To" hotel when visiting family nearby. ALways clean. Friendly staff at the desk and in the breakfast area. Nothing super fancy, like me but it's clean and a fair price. My wife enjoys sneaking in a cookie from the front desk on our way in. Booked another stay for a Halloween visit in about 3 weeks!!
awful experience found bugs in the room the next morning after me and family sleep in there infested room and when I asked for a refund because I wasnt even able to stay the whole time or even shower because I was told by front desk this is just something we have to deal with and I should evacuate the room for my safety. They refuse to give me my money back so here I am DO NOT GO HERE PLS!! SUPER TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! BBB WILL BE CALLED TODAY AS WELL AS THE CITY!! YOUR HOTEL IS A DISGRACE!
Excellent hotel. Clean and comfortable. Sandra, the night clerk was excellent. Breakfast buffet was yummy....... We highly recommend Sleep Inn. Liz and Neysa McFarland
Very nice clean beautiful rooms very impressive ,it was nice an quiet ,I would definitely recommend it to my friends. Good job the other places in mesa a dirty,smelly and buggy
