Our stay included two nights. When we came back to our room for the second night we came into our room and no one had been in the room to clean. We did not get fresh towels or the bed made. I've never had that happen at a hotel. The bed is decent. No bed bugs, so that's a plus. The shower is okay. The air conditioner unit leaked water on the carpet. I mean we didn't pay a lot for the stay, so I guess you get what you pay for. Hotels are just hit and miss. This was a big miss!
Didn't bother to honor request for two rooms near each other, breakfast out of food early without bring replaced, and even with no hours posted at pool kicked kids out who were playing quietly. Definitely not impressed. Oh and noisy ac in one of the rooms
My truck was broke into on Sat 4/2..management didn't do anything..manager not around..called him 3 times never returned call..camera's weren't working..that makes me feel safe...not...I think it might of been an inside job..never will go back..don't trust them. Attitude was bad.."its not our problem" "there's signs that say that gave camera's but whats the use if they don't work.....I'm out thousand dollars...and i hate a theft...lucky I didn't catch him or her...
Very clean, easy check inn and no problems at all. Only thing I saw that could be improved is the stairwell, it is way too hot in there, everything else was perfect!
The dude behind the front desk needs to lose the attitude, its called customer service. You should learn what that is.
I must say this was not the most luxurious hotel that I ever stayed in, but I can say that every employee showed intelligence and where very awesome people! If there was anything that I would say is to improve the entrance of the hotel did not have that exciting WOW factor that I look for in a hotel. Also get new new equipment inside of your weight room some of it does looked very old and outdated. As for anything else I enjoyed my stay and I would love to come back.
