I know this says 2 star, but the rooms were clean, modern and updated, front desk staff were great, and the hospitality was fantastic. Definitely surpassed my expectations.
We were exhausted after hiking mt rainier, this hotel was close and booked last minute, and a very pleasant surprise. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds. The family sweet had a king and two twin bunk beds in a small separate room. They had a basic but quality breakfast which was a surprise. I was disappointed I didn’t get to use the hot tub and pool which looked fantastic and clean. We had a great stay at Sleep Inn in Kelso! First off, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. I wish I could remember the name of the woman at the front desk because she was so friendly, helpful, and made check-in quick and easy. The hotel was spotless. Everything felt clean and fresh, with no dust, strange smells, or anything that made the room feel less than perfect. Although I was not staying there, I saw the rooms were very clean and crisp. Excellent high level executive vibe, for travelers looking for a good stay for the proficient businessman.
Wir hatten eine Buchung über Booking.com und verpassten leider die kostenfreie Stornierung um wenige Stunden, weil wir ernsthafte gesundheitliche Probleme hatten. Wir schrieben dem Hotel, versuchten anzurufen und schrieben noch einmal die Managerin Mrs. Southworth an, um die Situation zu erklären und eine kostenfreie Stornierung zu erreichen. Leider alles vergeblich, niemals eine Antwort. Das ist wirklich schade und wird uns davon abhalten, hier noch einmal zu buchen, wenn wir nochmal in der Region sind.
