RecommendedGreat place to stay. Love the new remodel.
The high school dropout at the front desk called her boyfriend as soon as I went upstairs , not knowing I was coming back down for drinks, and was talking crap about me and my daughter. Immediately messaged the supposed manager and was told ‘This is why we don’t want locals’ Excuse me, sir but a paying customer to ANY establishment is what keeps your doors open local or not!!!! Rudest people I have ever seen in my life! The doors should be shut on this place! Poor management who doesn’t know how to run a business!!!!!
Having to stay here for a month while house is being renovated. The staff is great, beds are comfortable. The breakfast could use some upgrades. The rooms have a weird smell to them, I think it's coming from the air conditioner. My biggest complaint is the WiFi, holy crap it sux. Put some wifi boosters and/or extenders in your hotel, I can't keep a connection for crap.
DONT STAY HERE!!!! booked through Priceline, got here and the hateful woman upfront said they were over booked and we needed to call Priceline for refund.. made no effort to help in any way. Funny thing, is the parking lot is only half full. Priceline made it right and sent us to another hotel thank goodness, but I will NEVER BOOK here again
Stayed this past Saturday night. Have used Choice Hotels for years. Common areas were good. Our room smelled like bleach but i was ok with that. My gripe is the room had a large indention in the wall and a large hole in wall. The bathroom vent sounded like a propelled plane taking off and just got louder. If they get the rooms to the same standard as the common areas it would be better. Bed slept great and breakfast was pretty good.
My husband, our two dogs and I stayed at this Sleep Inn 5 nights while waiting for Hurricane Irma to pass through Florida. There aren't enough positive words to express the kindness, compassion and generosity of the manager and entire staff. The hotel was fully booked primarily with Florida evacuees during our stay. Most of us had pets with us and there were quite a few young families. My family had to evacuate from Savannah due to the hurricane and we came to this wonderful hotel. The staff has been amazing!! Definitely recommend this place!
Room stunk! I didn't have a choice of hotels. All others were booked in the immediate area.
