Louie was great, he really helped us out. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products guided us through the process of testing and trying them out. He was very friendly and let us take our time to figure things out. He helped us eventually pick out the right mattress for us and got us a great deal as well. It was a good experience and Louie is a great asset to the company
