Both Raj and Robbin are fantastic individuals to deal with. I bought a mattress for my son from Robbin a couple of weeks ago. One night while my son was staying over at his mothers, I tried out his new bed and was convinced it was time for myself to purchase a new mattress. Sleep Ezzz had a wide selection of mattresses on display to try in a comfortably cool warehouse in Kitchener. Raj worked with us and gave us lots of space and well-timed advice to help us make our decision. He was knowledgable, patient and respectful, going out of his way to accommodate our requests. I recommend Sleep Ezzz very highly.
I placed an order online on a Monday. I called on Thursday and was told someone from the e-commerce team would contact me—no one did. I emailed Friday with no response, and left a voicemail Saturday morning. A representative eventually called back and redirected me to call another store. When I called, the man assured me the product was out for delivery that day (Saturday) and would arrive sometime after after 4 p.m. with a call beforehand.
