This is the doctors house not an office! Office staff was not knowledgeable about at home sleep study equipment. I was told the by the technician that the Dr recommended that I do 5 nights of the wise owl test, when the Dr told me I only need 3. The extra two nights I’d have to pay out of pocket, but it’s very important. I told the technician I’d like to take the test that’s more comprehensive because there were two options even though they kept pushing wise owl on me.
