The past few months, I have been fighting with billing. They send an email once or twice a week saying I owe money for my co-pay deductible. Repeatedly I have provided proof that I paid during my visit. Yet they seem to begin refusing to take any action to fix it. I can assure you that next year I will have nothing to do with any Doctors associated with Northside. Yes, that means several doctor groups that I have been going to for a very, very long time.
While Dr. Matin and his staff are very kind, their billing office is a mess. My bills have been incorrect EVERY SINGLE TIME. When I have paid out of pocket, I will later receive an outstanding balance (much higher than I was quoted) as if I’ve gone through insurance. Even when I’ve called the billing office and the issue has supposedly been resolved, I will get a new incorrect bill and find out that there are still issues with the last bill. This really discourages me from returning to the office.
