I started the process on November 29th. Today is December 29th and I still don’t have my cpap machine. The whole process is a nightmare. I did the at home sleep test which was simple. I was asked by the nurse not to call the next day for my results. I didn’t and I never got my results until weeks later when I called for them. They were never put into my patient portal. I finally got the results and found a local place to get my machine and now I have to wait another week to see a therapist to go over my machine before I can ... read more

I called Murray Sleep and Pulmonology to ask why I could not go to the Sleep Doctor's side specifically to see Dr. Korsen. I go to Murray Medical and am even a patient on the Pulmonology side. I need to get sleep studies done again and I used to see Dr. Korsen. The nurse was extremely rude, so I was back. I asked several times to speak to the manager, in which I was transferred to Jana the Office manager there. She said I was referred to go to Paducah because I missed too many appointments. The staff was great. From checking in, to the questionnaire to get the information needed to do a study. They do offer in home and hospital studies... I did the in home cause it was cheaper. Checking in with the hospital, was quick, and the tech going over the equipment was great... In and out in less than 30 minutes... I recommend them to anyone needing this done...
