They do not EVER answer the phone. It's impossible to reach anyone in person there. You just have to cross your fingers and hope that eventually they will call you back, which takes days or even longer. Ridiculous.

Did my in-lab sleep study here, staff was pleasant and helpful. No complaints about the process. Facility was quiet and comfortable for the sleep study. My titration was successful as far as I can tell.
They are good at testing just never getting the results to the proper doctors on their supposed 2 weeks they say they will, but they never deliver the results. The staff is arrogant and does not recognize that their patients come first. I will be switching sleep centers the next time I need one. It’s obvious to me the front staff in charge of getting results to my doctors are inept. If I knew I had to babysit them I would have never gone to them in the first place.
