Knowledgable, personable and attentive staff. Clean, organized and appealing facility. Doctor oversees operation but does not reside in Lake Charles and only does tele- health consultations which for me is a drawback as I prefer face to face discussions and the reason for a lower rating.
I see Michelle for apnea checkups. She happily, professionally and thoroughly answers questions and shows her expertise in matters regarding sleep disorders. I also get my supplies through their office that handles that and they are professional as well.
