The lady that calls you and answer the phone is very rude and very very mean. Call me the day before my appointment and told me I needed to pay this and pay that and they did not have all my insurance information. She was very rude about it so I just canceled my appointment and went somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone not even my dog.
I have called repeatedly and can never get a real person to pick up the phone to talk with them.
