I was appaled by front desk receptionist attidue she has a very nasty demeanor i asked for her name to complain and she declined her manager had an i dont care attitude. I will be reaching out to the higher staff about this young lady its very UNEXPTABLE
Unbelievably bad customer service. I have tried calling everyday to follow up and get the address, name of doctor, etc for my appointment emailed to me so there is no grey area. i was told 3 separate times I was receiving an email. Nothing. i called today to again follow up, and I got nothing but attitude and rudeness from the management.
