Other than the office staff can't get it through their heads that my insurance card is also my Rx card, everything was great. But as many times as I've been there, I have to tell them over and over my insurance card and Rx card I'd the same. I told them to check my files and it will show the SAME Cigna card. That's aggravating to feel like I'm being called a liar. Great staff otherwise.
I usually have no problems here. Today I went in at 8:10 for a 8:30 appointment. I was there a few minutes, filled out paperwork and registered. After a few minutes I was called to The desk and was told that the mammogram machine had went down the day before and had not been fixed as expected and they needed to reschedule me. Why wasn't this done the After noon before?? I had other things that needed to be done that day......

This is my first review. There'll be another later tonight. I showed up early this morning to what I thought would be my 7:15 am appointment. My original 4:00 pm appointment had been moved up earlier this week while I was on the phone discussing what I would owe at the time of the procedure.
