You need to replace the tv receptionist with an actual person. EVERYONE that is in the lobby can hear the person's name and why they are there. I DON'T APPRECIATE THIS AT ALL!
Wait time was almost 2x times longer than it needed to be for a CT scan. Plus, they will harass you about paying your bill until you're down to the last payment. At this point, they will threaten to send you to collections if you don't pay the last payment plus what you paid for the last payment. They said that the system doesn't show an auto draft bank payment yet they don't look at past payments before sending the letter. They have to manually update your account for it to show the bank draft. You would think they'd check ... read more
I love the staff and everyone that works here, yesterday it was my daughter's MRI. It's always a comfortable place when you have to wait, and the times I've had to have any test anything ran, from cat scans, MRI's and mammograms, this place is where I go to have it done, a wonderful caring group of people who put you at ease in any situation. They're the best in our area for things of this nature.
Has always been great!!! I get Al my scans done there.
The staff was wonderful and the building was clean and the outside
Loved the staff and I will go again when and if the need arises!
