Everyone working w/ my son was super nice, gentle, & patient w/ him. As for the receptionist, unprofessional & rude. When my son 1st became a patient, he did not have insurance, I paid out of pocket. This time around, when making his appt, I made it very clear that he was now covered w/ new insurance. She said to bring his card, which I already expected, & to come in 15 mins early. One of the best experiences I had in a long time at the dentist. Quick and professional. They treat you like family. Will work with you to arrange payment plans if you need that. Definitely recommend. P.s the little fluffy creatures that zoom the floor at the office, are the cherries on the top, when you are having a bad day with your bad tooth. :)))
My daughter had experienced anxiety and pain with previous dental work. Dr Mahoney was able to give her a pain free and calm experience. She loved being able to pet one of the doggies while she had her dental work done. So glad we found this place!
