Emily Ryan is such a rude person. I paid for my better night in full. My insurance wasn’t that Sharp Bronze. I was a bit uncomfortable with machine at first. Needed some time to adjust. Then I get these emails from Emily Ryan, threatening me to return the machine. Due to my insurance not wanting to pay for it, because I wasn't complaint. If I could out no stars or minus stars I would. We have been receiving cpap supplies from sleep data for 2 years beautifully, then in march of 2022 they stopped sending supplies. I've called and called and my last call was july 17 saying they would send the supplies but to date we haven't received anything since march 2022. Unbelievable!! Will check to see if they charged medicare, if they have I will be filing a complaint for medicare fraud!!
Employees at this location are amazing, friendly and helpful, not like the Kearny location. Only thing that is awful is that you cannot call the location directly. Some answering out of the country Place give you the run around. Will drive out there
Basically a scam. They rip off the insurance companies big time and rip you off on a smaller scale. They sell CPAP supplies for hundreds of dollars a month that you can buy on Amazon for less than the copay they charge you. Then they send you a box of supplies you don’t need and say after the fact that you owe them hundreds of dollars because the insurance doesn’t cover it this time, and they say they won’t let you return the supplies even though they were never opened because you never needed them in the first place.
The worst company ever. My doctor did the referral more than 4 months ago. Just finished my 3rd phone call with them as they still have the incorrect insurance and icorrect policy/member ID. Very frustrating.
