RecommendedService is ok I’d rather be able to give stars because I can’t say right now that I 100% recommend. I found out something disturbing. I turned the airplane mode on a month after I got my latest Resmed machine (they told me they like to have it on for at least a month to watch for compliance) which was about a year and a half ago. "Pay me the money I overpaid SEVEN months ago. You're able to ask me to buy new supplies multiple times a month. You're not able ever to provide with an itemized list and ask what I might want. It's just, "Do you want me to order for you?'
I am not sure why some claim they revive the wrong items. I for one have received excellent service from the first day I met the technician in my prescribing doctors office. The doctor recommended a large nasal cushion but the technician felt I needed XL. After working with me with both, the XL put less pressure on my nasal passages and where I’ve been. The machine works. However, sleep data sends me stuff that is not my size and you can not exchange it. Received 6 large nose cushions and 4 small ones for which insurance is fully charged, but my size is XL. This is the kind of scheme that makes insurance expensive for anyone. It sucks and I am determined to start s campaign targeting such practice. This is collusion and should not be tolerated. Everyone is responsible to stop such practice.
