My doctor gave wrote a referral to Sleep Data. l a month and a half ago. I also received my insurance company's approval letter. I called multiple times and could not get anyone to answer the phone. Weeks later I emailed them and received a response that they will get back with me. Two weeks later still no response. Apparently my health is not a concern of theirs. I sent another email yesterday telling them I have no alternative other than to file a BBB complaint. Today still no response from them.
RecommendedService is ok I’d rather be able to give stars because I can’t say right now that I 100% recommend. I found out something disturbing. I turned the airplane mode on a month after I got my latest Resmed machine (they told me they like to have it on for at least a month to watch for compliance) which was about a year and a half ago. "Pay me the money I overpaid SEVEN months ago. You're able to ask me to buy new supplies multiple times a month. You're not able ever to provide with an itemized list and ask what I might want. It's just, "Do you want me to order for you?'

I used a company called BetterNight to figure out if I had sleep apnea for my CDL and paid ~$65 for a telemedicine session. The next step cost over $200 so I stopped at that point. Later in the mail, I received a bill for $35.99 from Sleep Data for the exact same telemedicine session. I did some research and found out that the two are connected (I believe Sleep Data is the parent company). Double dipping on the same appointment is wrong. I refuse to pay the bill and will be disputing it.

Sleep Data has contacted this patient and corrected the billing error, which was due to a change in insurance that was not documented in our system. We feel confident that the issue was resolved to the patient's satisfaction.
I am not sure why some claim they revive the wrong items. I for one have received excellent service from the first day I met the technician in my prescribing doctors office. The doctor recommended a large nasal cushion but the technician felt I needed XL. After working with me with both, the XL put less pressure on my nasal passages and where I’ve been. They make Equipment to breathe better mouth guards that are fabulous they help you to sleep better and get off of medications like sleep medications
You can expect charges that cannot be explained, invoices that can't and won't be itemized, and poor customer experience. I also received a bunch of items from them that were incorrect and not needed and they refused to refund me for them, charged me for them anyways. Unfortunately I don't have a choice as my primary care provider selected this business to use and I just have to go along with it.
