Staff were not overly knowledgeable about what they had in stock. At first I found them friendly and pleasant. But final results were just pushed for sales. And commission. Ended up buying a mattress with hopes of more help from the salesperson, but they did not follow through. Called for 2 hours at the end of day to see if my shipment had come in- no answer. Staff who is a white guy in the middle age with eye glasses was super rude and lack of acknowledgment of the product. I don’t know why such a good company would hire someone like him. No respect at all. Was gonna buy several stuff, not gonna come here anymore!!
I would only recommend this location if you deal with Nari. We followed him from the CF Shops at Don Mills and have purchased multiple beds & pillows from him. He is honest, extremely knowledgeable and won't ever try to oversell you. Thank you Nari for all your help. I have recommended you to my family and friends all over the GTA.
