Anchorage office never follows through on Patient request.... I've waited Five months after Five Phone requests , and 1 written mail request and the same number also made by my Doctors here in Valdez and Doctors in Anchorage for copies of my tests results along with recommendation towards surgery... None of those requests have to date been honored... I can't even sign into Patient portal cause the staff spelled my name wrong..... If you want communications and action from a physician DON"T go here.... the Doctors may be ok b... read more
The location in Soldotna, isn’t good about communicating with you, you go months on end before you hear back from someone. It has taken 3 months to get my husbands in home and in house sleep studies done. They claim that they can’t call us with out punching in a code to call us? Beyond frustrated!!!
