They send out emails and text confirming the appointment but are never on time when I waited and waited up front. Ask a bunch of questions not related to my health condition, such as workplace and work number. They care more on insurance and payment more than anything.
I have gone here for about a year. I admit I have a lot going on, but I have had to wait fir them at MANY appointments. This time I made a mistake and thought my appointment was at 3:30 but it was 3 and they couldnt get me in. Just not happy, hoping I dont have to come back for awhile once I go to my scheduled appointment later in the month.
Waited 4 months for an appointment, get there half an hour early as requested to fill out paperwork for first appointment, then just sat there waiting until my appointment time when I was informed that the doctor wasn't even there and I needed to reschedule. They said they tried calling me to reschedule earlier, but I still got several appointment reminder text messages to check in for my appointment, that day even. I recently visited for my sleep study appointment, and I was impressed by the warm welcome I received. The two ladies who assisted me were not only beautiful but also extremely friendly and made the entire process incredibly comfortable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which was especially helpful since it was my first time undergoing a sleep study. I do not recommend this office for any type of care. My experience has been horrible. I only came here because my doctor refered me. I wish I had done further research on reviews. There are so many complaints. My personal experience is long to list. Avoid this place.
