I wish this Sleep center got zero for their rudeness and unprofessional behavior. I would never deal with this clinic again because they gave me appointment over a month ago. When I visited the clinic the rude receptionist ended up telling me that the doctor was not available. I never had such a shocking behaviour medical clinic before.
This sleep clinic is outdated and not accommodating. They charge $50 cash and only work Mon-Fri 9-5pm to complete forms leaving no options for people. I had to take a day off and drive 45 minutes to pay cash for the insurance forms to be completed.
I've been here twice for sleep study and both times were a pleasant experience, booking was easy, appointment was made for the same week the fist time and following week the second time, so they get you in pretty quickly. The rooms, bathrooms and office are very well organized, and clean, beds are comfortable and clean too. The staff are amazing. Receiponist is also do worst not ready to work and hung up and call
I would never deal with this clinic again. They re-scheduled my appointment three times. When they tried to re-schedule a fourth time and I said I could not, they ended up just leaving me in a zoom meeting without telling me that the doctor was not available. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional medical clinic before. Truly shocking behaviour. BTW I would give zero stars if it was an option but Google makes you give at least one star
