This was my first experience at a Sleep Center. The staff was amazing! Kind, knowledgeable and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Spa like and homely. For a first time experience it was 5 stars for sure!! Thanks so much!!
SCAM ALERT! I had no problem getting a sleep study here…the issue was AFTER.. when I needed the ORDER for the equipment… I chose to purchase a travel cpap from an online retailer as this centers price was $700 HIGHER, when I called for the order that my insurance had paid for the sleep study for, the girl at the front desk said “ The ORDER is not included in the sleep study price, it is written by a contracted Dr who works separately from our center, she charges $150 and will only write it if you purchase the CPAP from US! I called for the second time because I didn't get a return call on the first one,met with a rude lady. You might want to start with the first question. How may I help you and not with! "WHAT IS YOUR INSURANCE " Thank you but no thank you...
Really bad service I have ppo and till this day 1/26/26 I have not got a call back for my service from 10/22/15 and Tory P is really rood!
Why is everything closed? Our appointment is at 8p today, Jan 18 2026... Nobody answers the phone , everything is locked!!! Why don't you give clear instructions on how to access the facility??? Help!!!!!
