I had an excellent experience with this sleep medicine office. The staff who I had spoken to was friendly, and Dr. Patel was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my sleep concerns. He thoroughly answered all of my questions. The billing process was straightforward and easy to manage online. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Patel to anyone looking for help with sleep issues.
The doctor and front office staff are friendly and professional, and my appointments themselves were fine. Unfortunately, the billing experience has been extremely frustrating. This office does not appear to have a dedicated billing department; the provider submits her own claims and there have been repeated issues with insurance claim submissions. Avoid this place, they're under new management or just like taking your money. Last year, I was referred to their office by my dentist to schedule an initial consultation. After speaking with the person over the phone, we couldn't figure a good time to schedule an in person, so I wasn't initially interested. Within the next three days, I got about 10 or so manic calls and texts asking me if I could drive to the office in the afternoon, or whether I'd make appointments I never scheduled, with the mild threat of being charged ... read more
Update- no one's answers the phone anymore? Original- Gets you in faster than other places, but if you don't have sleep apnea they cannot help you here at all. Very disappointed there isn't more testing or knowledge about insomnia here
