RecommendedGreat service, Pam took the time to go though what I wanted and what she thought would be great for my hair. The recommendation of toning down my bleached section of my hair was a great recommendation. Couldn't be more satisfied.
I've been here a few times and all the girls are so nice and helpful, and their products are very nice too!!
Marion is super knowledgeable and takes her time EVERY time, and always educates me on whats going on with my hair & skin.
WORST WORST WORST customer service and treatment. Went there for hair straighting treatment. They did a good job that day and promise my hair will be straight for atleast 6 months. Well next day my hair were back to the same old. Went there to get it fixed and they lied about everything. Did not try to fix it or give money back. Called their employee honest and made me Liar. My experience at this salon was absolutely amazing. I was treated with care and respect the entire time. I went in nervous because my hair was thinning from cancer, but Diana soothed my fears with confidence and a gentle touch. The atmosphere was friendly and my haircut was adorable. 100% would recommend!
Pam and the girls at Sleek Salon & Spa are incredible. I am blown away with my experience. Just amazing. I have not found a hair stylist this talented in this area. It’s like I’m back in NYC! Talent galore, incredibly clean, and such an amazing group of women. Can’t beat that!

I never give negative reviews, even if I have a bad experience. I realize that we are all human and none of us are perfect. However I have never had an experience like this at Sleek Salon in Chesapeake and I really want others to see this BEFORE they consider booking with this salon. I drove approximately an hour one way and made arrangements for my kids to have my hair done, so I was really looking forward to some me time and having my hair done.
