Originally, we had a visit from Frank Gay Services, who tried to tell my wife we needed a completely new HVAC system—for a 6-year-old house—at a cost of $14,000. I recently decided to replace my 18 year old ac/heat pump. Owner Ed Slebodnik came out and examined my current unit which he had originally installed and then gave me several options to consider. He explained the improvements in units since my system was installed and answered all of my questions. He confirmed my choice was size appropriate and energy efficient.
