Steve was a great help to us while waiting 18 mos for our home in VA to sell. He never gave up on sending us info on what was available in Carolina Lakes. When we were ready he was right there for us with appointments, advice, referrals, etc. In less than 1 week we had chosen a home and he handled everything he could for us since we were living out of state. He has also followed up after the sale to see if we needed any additional help. We would highly recommend him!!

Steve got me quickly set up on technology so I would get daily notifications of new properties. Steve is also very knowledgeable, organized and followed up on all outstanding issues so we had a smooth closing.
