I've had such a great experience with Dr. Slaton and the entire staff over the past year or so. Everyone has been so compassionate and caring while helping us through a difficult time with our fur babies. He takes the time to listen and is never pushy. He is very supportive when it comes to making difficult decisions and you can tell he absolutely cares about every pet and their owners well-being. I truly trust him and the staff.
Dr. Slaton and Dr. Mendosa are exceptional vets. They are very attentive and address all concerns. They both followed up with emails. I was one of the first customers when they opened, and had fewer clients. It seems to be overcrowded now, i think that's why I never see Dr. Slaton. I was dissappointed in the nail trims lately.- They barely clipped them like my dog was on assembly line with the list of other things I had done. I started seeing Dr. Slaton last year for my two rescue dogs after a handful of bad experiences with other vet offices. Both dogs came with significant issues- one is now a senior who has always had bad teeth that are now causing other secondary health issues, and the other who was a stray with a biting problem who ultimately needed to be put down. Everyone is friendly. Until they write their prescriptions and make mistakes that cause the animal's body to go into shock. Overall friendly but careless. I am updating my review because I gave this vet another try and they truly try. Yes, things fall through and sometimes it's something that shouldn't but they are the at this point rare vet that actually complete cares about their patients.
Great experience with the doctor and the Staff! Very professional, helpful & nice.
