Took time off work for an appointment made weeks ago only to get here and they're closed. Terrible customer service
I grew up going to Jen for my haircuts and my highlights, and she has been my family’s hairdresser for as long as we’ve lived in Guelph. She does an incredible job and she is so warm and friendly, it is wonderful to see her every time I go in and I always leave incredibly happy.
