Best food hands down in San Diego it's over here in the liberty station complex.

First time here. Food is good, service sucks...
My first visit to Slater's...heard so much about it. The service at the bar was fine...staff was friendly...beer selection very impressive. I was a little let down by the burger. I ordered the Original 50/50 burger. The beef/bacon patty was tasty but I found the burger messy to eat with guacamole spilling out of the bun. I was also disappointed in the meager (kiddie sized) serving of french fries served with the burger.
