The only downside of slaters is it's so busy. The food is awesome. The workers are overloaded though.
Absolutely rediculace, unacceptable customer service we waited 20 minutes to get seated, no big deal there. But afer we got seated and got our order taken it took 30 minutes to get 2 burgers and some sliders.....our food came and was cold, soggy, and not worth it at all......our server never cheked on us and never asked if we wanted a refill. We got wings as an appetizer, buffalo, didnt even taste right......and we ate 2.....and threw the rest away and instead of asking why we didnt like them she just gave us a nasty look an... read more
Terrible customer service ... never asked if I wanted another drink . Wings were terrible . Took 39 mins to get my food . Shouldn’t take 39 minutes for 2 burgers .
This place fell off the face of the earth. It was amazing a couple of years ago when business was booming now it feels like the service is horrible and nobody wants to work there. The burgers were under subpar and it took 30 minutes to get a beer. Sorry. Brought friends here from out of town and they weren't to fond of it. Won't be coming here again
