Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with. Building was falling apart and they refused to fix it. Bathroom ceiling fell down and they never did anything. Stairs were falling apart and they refused to do anything about it.electricity went out for 2 weeks not due to ppl payment but from pestilence and disarray. The door to the apartment wouldn't close properly and they wouldn't fix it until I threatened to contact the municipality. Windows were not flush and subsequently couldn't lock. Worst property management group in existence. Avoid at all costs. Owners and renters beware.
Just look at the properties they manage and the owners they work with. It's a who's who of local degenerates and slumlords. That downtown building that just half collapsed and displaced 50 people? Yep, that's Slatehouse, working for a con man owner who is known to be about as ethical as Stalin. Look him up. Just be careful who you sign with and where you live...due diligence is worth it.
I just wish they had more properties around the Lebanon area other than that they are very easy to work with and they work with you on any payments you need to make. Very accommodating I would recommend checking with them first.
