Worst company! The accounting department has no idea what they are doing. We have a court order stating what we officially owed and they took that amount and added to the security deposit to show a balance. They are horrible. We moved out and gave them a forwarding address and they neglected to send us a final balance after the walk through. But didn’t miss a beat when sending an incorrect claim to their collection agency. Now they won’t even take our calls! They are thieves! Don’t rent with them!!!
Will never rent any properties from them again. I just moved in and already have issues smh. Property manager Michael is a liar and never wants to return calls only text. Horrible horrible horrible once my lease is up I’ll be moving out and make sure u keep proof of what your place looked like when u moved in. A few people have stated that they try and push off damages so they can keep your security deposit.
